Water weigh hoppers

We offer two types of water weigh hoppers:

• A water weigh hopper for direct water batching which measures the required amount of water in the hopper and then adds it to the charge. This type of hopper is used when large amounts of water must be added quickly.
• A water weigh hopper for reversed water batching which weighs out a certain amount of water and batches most of it during coarse batching and the last amount required through the fine batching valve.

Both types of water weigh hoppers are suspended from a tension load cell and installed as one unit with valves etc.

Water weigh hopper can be used for recycled or clean water.
