We never collect personal information unless you have given us this information. We never release personal information to third parties, but it may be necessary to give our data processors access to the information. All Haarup's data processors have signed a processor agreement in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you want access to the information that we have saved about you at Haarup Maskinfabrik A/S, contact us at haarup@haarup.dk or by phone +45 86 84 62 55. If we have incorrect information or in case of other objections, contact us as indicated above. We can give you access to the information saved about you and you can object to this in accordance with the regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Protection of personal information

According to the Personal Information Protection Act, your personal information must be stored safely and confidentially. We save your personal information on computers with limited access placed in a controlled environment. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security in case of data transfer via the internet. This means that there is a risk of others forcing access to information when data is transmitted and stored electronically. For this reason, information is submitted at your own risk.

The rapid development of the internet means that we may have to change the way we handle personal information. We therefore reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for handling personal information. When we do this, we will also change the 'Last update' date indicated at the bottom of the page. In case of significant changes, we will inform you with a clearly visible message on our websites.

The General Data Protection Regulation gives you a number of rights concerning the personal information we have received from you:

• you can gain access to the information we have about you.
• you can have incorrect information about you deleted.
• with certain exceptions, you can have all information about you at Haarup and our data processor (if we have exchanged this information with them) deleted.
• you can limit our handling of the information about you.
• in certain cases, you can object to our handling of your personal information, including use for marketing purposes.
