Batching with flow meters
Haarup supply high-quality magnetic flow meters.
The advantage of batching with flow meters is that the flow meter is always ready to batch water whenever required during the batching cycle. Batching water with a flow meter is done through a number of nozzles placed inside the mixer. This system ensures a fast and even distribution of water in the concrete.
We supply the complete valve system for both coarse and fine water.
The flow meter has a very high accuracy of ± 0.5% within 15-100% of the maximum flow.
