Mixo 5000

The Mixo 5000 control system is the successor of the workhorse, Mixo 3000.
All important functions and experience were included in the Mixo 5000 and then further developed.

The Mixo 5000 control system is based on our own software which is installed on a reliable industrial computer with Linux software.

The control system can be used in almost every plant configuration – using standard software.

The control system of each customer is set up using a series of standard symbols making it quick and easy to commission the control system and later upgrade it if necessary.

In everyday operation, the operator can control the plant with a series of symbols that represent the various units of the physical plant. For example, you can click on the mixer symbol and quickly get an overview of all important functions and parameters. The presence of an operator in the control room is rarely necessary during everyday operation. Orders for concrete can be placed from external control panels or processed automatically depending on the needs of the individual concrete plant.

The system is intuitive and easy to use.
