Mixo 3000
For many years, Mixo 3000 was the standard control system of Haarup.
The Mixo 3000 control system is built around Haarup's own software on a micro-processor-based system. The software is thoroughly tested and extremely reliable.
It is one of the most dynamic control systems of the industry and can be used for almost every plant configuration – using standard software.
The control system of each customer is set up using a series of standard symbols making it quick and easy to commission the control system and later upgrade it if necessary.
In everyday operation, the operator can control the plant with a series of symbols that represent the various units of the physical plant. For example, you can click on the mixer symbol and quickly get an overview of all important functions and parameters. The presence of an operator in the control room is rarely necessary during everyday operation. Orders for concrete can be placed from external control panels or processed automatically depending on the needs of the individual concrete plant.
The system is intuitive and easy to use.
MixoMemory is an optional add-on for Mixo 3000 and can run on a standard computer. It is the expanded memory of the process controls where recipes, production data etc. are stored.
