Weighing belts

A weighing belt with high sides has a large capacity and is very accurate.

The batching units batch the aggregates onto the weighing belt, which can hold all the aggregates for a charge. The belt width and height of the sides are calculated to hold 50% of the materials for one charge in one position.

The weighing belt is suspended from load cells. The load cells hang from adjustable spindles making installation and adjustment easy. One or two lateral guides ensure that the belt does not oscillate in the running direction when it is activated.

When the weighing belt discharges, the sides are worn down by the material moving forwards. Therefore, the weighing belts are supplied with wearing plates that can easily be replaced when needed.

The entire unit is hot-dip galvanized.
