Batching belts

Batching belts deliver constant and precise aggregate batching, whether batching sand or stone materials, and allow for coarse/fine batching using frequency control.

The batching belts are customised to the capacity requirements of the individual plant.

Our batching belt is a thoroughly tested design combining a long lifetime with accuracy and low maintenance requirements. The conveyor is equipped with a heavy-duty rubber belt supported by closely spaced, guarded rollers. The chute section has an assembly flange and an adjustable gate for adjusting the outlet flow.

If a new belt conveyor is to be fitted to an existing bin or silo, we can supply a flange that can be welded onto the cone of the existing structure.
